Vintage YASUTOMO Handmade 6-H Sketch Paper 9"x12" 48 Sheet Pad + BONUS 19 Sheet *NOS & MADE IN JAPAN **Free Shipping* This listing is for a vintage, original new old stock, Yasutomo handmade 6-H Sketch Paper 9"x12" 48 sheet pad plus a bonus lot of 19 sheets of similar sketch paper. The sheets from both lots come inside their original outer plastic overlay packaging. All of the paper was made in Japan . Japanese sketch paper is best used with pencil, crayon, charcoal, pen and ink." The bonus paper lot was translated for the seller accordingly: The brand name of the paper is Kokugaku. The packet contained an original 20 sheets, so one sheet was used. Half size paper for calligraphy. Marked: Made in Japan . Sheet Dimensions: 13¼" x 9½" Features: ・ Absorbent ・ Shows off the ink well ・ Good "pen feel" when writing with traditional pen. Provenance: The sketch paper lots were in the seller's mother's calligraphy collection. It is unknown to the seller when the paper was purchased but most likely they were purchased between the late 1970's to 1980's. Dimensions: The Yasutomo paper is 9"x12" while the bonus lot of paper are 13"x9½". The total wt of the two lots is 10 ounces. Condition: The Yasutomo sketch sheet pad appears to be in like new overall condition while the bonus Kokugaku sheet lot is unused as well although the bottom sheet has some edge creases from storage over the years.
